Description : Our village's name is 'SEAGULL'S BAY'. The name was inspired by our beach which is embraced by seashell rocks and serves as a shelter for seagulls.Our wish to offer a different holiday option, something that would stand apart from the standardized large tourist units, led us to create a new chapter in the hospitality industry : A real village spread over an area of 20.000 square meters of enchanting natural environment – free of any essential intervention – in Mastichari of KOS island. CANCELLATION POLICY 5 -1 days prior to the arrival date,50% of the total amount(amount payable at the hotel) of the entire stay is charged in case of non show, 100% of the entire stay( amount payable at the hotel) is charged PRICES INCLUDE BREAKFAST!!! The village is comprised of three “neighborhoods” (the Upper, Lower and Central neighborhood) that include : 18 three-story lodges - each with its own garden -, the hospitality hall, the reception area, the restaurant, the bar, the tea bar, the boutique, the library,the church, the day care center, the massage and aromatotheraphy facility,the Gym and the swimming pool. Our ranch is in itself an additional special note to the settlement and is open to visits. It features a vineyard, domestic animals, fruit-bearing trees and a vegetable garden, all adhering to biological specifications. All the produce is of course delivered and used in our kitchen. The village has 18 ground floor apartments of 55 square meters each with one main bedroom and bathroom with bathtub, hair dryer, plus open plan living room with convertible sofa bed, satellite tv,air-condition, and fully equipped kitchenette. and 18 maisonettes of 85 square meters that occupy the 2nd and the 3rd floor of each house,with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with bathtub, hair dryer, plus open plan living room with convertible sofa bed, satellite tv,air-condition, and fully equipped kitchenette, each having an independent entrance. Access between floors is provided by an internal staircase. Each loft has the capacity of accommodating 4 to 6 persons and is uniquely decorated. Each apartment has the capacity to accommodate 2 to 4 persons. Facilities include: Air conditioning Access to the internet bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe and a desk bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and electrical socket living room with a comfortable convertible double sofa and a television set complete kitchen with refrigerator and stovetop dining room balcony with table and chairs its own garden a unique decorating style
