Description : The KONTOKALI BAY HOTEL is a Hotel-Bungalow complex on the central eastern shoreline of the emerald Isle of Corfu, situated only 6 km from the island’s capital, Corfu Town. Built on a densely wooded peninsula and on a natural incline, the Main Building of the Kontokali Bay overlooks both the sparkling blue waters of the Ionian Sea that separates Corfu from the taupe, coastal mountains of the Greek Mainland and the Gouvia Marina. The bungalows are set in the midst of the verdant, pine and cypress-laden gardens, the vibrant reds and mauves of the rambling bougainvilleas add the artist’s final brushstroke to this perfect canvas. Relax on one of the sun loungers on either of two sandy beaches, on the sun terrace by the infinity pool, on the lawns under the shade of the immense cypress trees which front the beach area or select one of sundecks, which stretch out over the waters edge and relax to the sound of the water as it washes over the rocks. Main Hotel Pool and Indoor Heated Pool are filled with Sea Water, and Children’s Pool, located in the secluded Children’s Village is filled with fresh water. The newly built Spa & wellness center is located next to the hotel’s main building. Exhaustive selections at the Breakfast Buffets in the Main Restaurant Daily Lunchtime barbecued fish & meat dishes cooked to order, traditional Greek dishes, salad and dessert buffets in the Beach Taverna, numerous Main Course Dinner choices with Starter and Dessert buffets in the Main Restaurant, International a la Carte menu in the evening in the 'Candlelight' Restaurant, Vegetarian - Low Calorie - Diabetic - Organic choices at all buffets.
