When to go

Greece is significantly cheaper in mid season, meaning late spring (from May to mid June) and early autumn (from September to mid October), when the climate is milder (summer can get real hot in Greece!) and prices are lower. You will still find enough people to be able to socialize, but not so many that you will want to move to a desert island.

Summer is obviously the season when Greece and its islands are most crowded, and so will be the best time if you want to meet people and you prefer populated beaches. Clubs and discos will also be packed with people, and the level of fun definitely higher...
